Our fourth and fifth graders were experimenting with watercolor colored pencils today!





*ENGINES WANTED*
We are seeking engines/motors to tear apart, possibly rebuild, for project based learning. We will also take donations of lawn mower and small engines. Please contact Mr. Ledford at 231-342-0877 if you are able to donate. Thank you for helping our Spartans!

*SKELETON HANDS*
Our first grade Spartans learned why our skeletons have so many bones. Afterwards, they made their own skeleton hand!





If you are an 8th grade girl and interested in JV basketball, practice begins on Monday after school dismisses.


The FFA students on the poultry field trip will be arriving at the district at approximately 4:30 P.M. Girls' basketball conditioning will start at 4:30 P.M.

The MS dance is tomorrow between 7:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. $3.00 admission. Snacks, photo booth and drinks will be available for additional costs.


K-2 is learning to be responsible for their glue sticks and building fine motor skills needed for drawing. They are making fall trees in art!





Congratulations to our 8th grade boys' basketball team! They defeated Burr Oak, 27-17! GO SPARTANS!

To comply to our Pupil Accounting Auditors, we need a signed parental consent form for all our visual learners. Forms were handed out to the E2020 students today. Please sign and return to the central office by Friday. If you need a form, please see the attachment. Thank you!


Parents of HUDSON CSI Students: if you want to see your child's grades a form needs to be filled out. See Jenn or Kelli about the form if you have not received one.


Mrs. Brighton and her high school art students were able to fire up the kiln for the first time this week! Our Spartans are making soup bowls to donate to the Empty Bowls event, being held by Branch County Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence on November 10th.



TONIGHT: Early Middle College Parents Meeting w/ Amanda Janes in the Media Center @ 6 p.m. (10th grade Spartans).


The first boys' junior pro practice will be Thursday, November 14th from 5pm -7pm. Sign up forms will be sent home this week with a practice schedule. GO SPARTANS!
