*TONIGHT'S FOOTBALL GAME* For parent's night, we are asking parents of our athletes to be on the football field by 6:30pm tonight. Also, the band will be at the game selling pumpkins. Large pumpkins are now $6. Come on out and support our students!
*HALF DAY TOMORROW* Just a reminder that tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 21, is a half day of school. Students will be dismissed at 11:55AM. However, please come back at 7PM for our last home football game. It's parent's/senior night! Come on out and show your Spartan pride!
*MS BOYS BASKETBALL* Middle school boys basketball practice will begin Monday, Oct. 31 from 5:00-7:00pm. Go Spartans!
*FIFTH GRADE FUN* The fifth grade class wanted to see which liquid would dissolve candy pumpkins and marshmallow peeps. They used water, corn oil, vinegar, and Sprite. Some of the hypothesis were the vinegar because it is and acid. Also some thought the Sprite because of the carbonation. They kept checking and in the end, the water dissolved the pumpkin, but nothing really dissolved the peeps. They just got slimy.
*ARCHERY* Archery had a great turnout last Monday. Practices will continue every Monday night from 6:00-7:00pm until further notice.
The college and career fair group is leaving Hillsdale. We should be nack to the school at 8:30pm.
*LAST CHANCE TO GET TICKETS* This Thursday, Oct. 20, is the last chance to purchase tickets for a night at Kalahari (8 water passes!), tickets to U of M vs Illinois, and a Texas Roadhouse gift certificate! Contact a senior, Becky Belcher, or Katina Fellabaum today! Winning tickets will be drawn at this Friday's home football game!

Don't forget! The Hillsdale College and Career Fair is tomorrow evening! It is for tenth, eleventh, and interested seniors. Bus leaves school at 5:15pm. Don't miss it!

*COLLEGE & CAREER FAIR*
Calling ALL juniors! We are asking you to attend the Hillsdale college and career fair on Monday! This is also open for sophomores and seniors! We take a bus, leaving at 5:15pm and returning by 8:15pm. Permission slips are going home today. You can also text Jenn and give permission 908-652-1103. Athletes are excused from practices.
*GAME CANCELLED* Junior high football game for tomorrow has been cancelled. There will be no practice today but the boys are to bring in their equipment tomorrow and stay after school for an end-of-season party until 5pm.
